We are excited to have the Carnival back thanks to Azure Properties, owner of Signal Hills, its tenants for their generous donation of the site, and producer Gopher State Expositions. Fair foods, such as cotton candy, popcorn, caramel apples, mini donuts, corn dogs, cheese curds, fresh squeezed lemonade, and more.
Thursday 1 pm-10 pm; Friday & Saturday 11 am - 11 pm; and Sunday Noon - 6 pm
Tickets $1 each/25 tickets for $20 (rides require 2 to 4 tickets per ride)
Special for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday only: 4-hour ride passes for $20 (good for one day)

Kids should be at least 32 inches tall to ride rides. Under 48 inches may require an adult to ride with for safety.

1 pm at St Croix Lutheran High School to crown the 2012 Royal Ambassadors for West St Paul

 7am – 1pm at West St Paul YMCA with Silent Auction.  Cost is $5 for adults and $2 for kids ages 2-12.
